Tumbleweed opened the Tempe Youth Resource Center at our church to serve
at-risk children and teens. Meals, clothing, and educational/vocational job assistance
are provided. In 2003, we received the Business Partnership Award from the
Arizona Coalition to end Homelessness for our work with homeless youth.  Our
church sponsors monthly homestyle lunches with Tumbleweed homeless youth.

Tempe Community Action
Agency
Tempe Community Action Agency, Inc
("TCAA") is a nonprofit social service
organization that helps families and
individuals who are in need, from before
birth to age 100+.

Islamic Community Center
In 2001, we were honored with the City of Tempe’s Diversity Award with our
neighbors, the Islamic Community
Center for our work in faith and
understanding following 9/11.

 TEAM
In 2002, we were honored as co-recipients with TEAM (Tempe
Emergency Assistance Ministries) for
our interfaith community outreach.

Salvation Army
We support our neighbor, the Salvation Army, with weekly food donation
drives, Souperbowl of caring, and other
special events throughout the year.
